How far in advance should I book?
As soon as your possession date is firm. Month-end and the last week before a long weekend book out first, and possession dates cluster there. Outside those windows we can often take short-notice jobs, so it is always worth asking.
I'm a renter moving out of a rental — do you do that too?
We do, with the same flat price and photo report, and if your landlord flags something we cleaned we come back and finish it free. Worth being honest though: on a small unit the deposit at stake is sometimes close to the cost of the clean, so do the maths first.
